Production of a thorough inventory prior to the tenancy

Security deposit taken and held in a separate Tenant's Deposit Account

Periodic property inspections carried out with reports
Notifications

Notification to the public services and council of the pending tenancy

Lease agreements prepared with copies sent to you

Full maintenance and repair service subject to your instruction

Rental income paid by bank transfer with monthly income statement and advice on annual rent reviews

Commission is taken at 10% of rent received. Please note that we are not VAT registered.
